RésoSanté C.-B. is a provincial non-profit organization that promotes health and well-being services in French in British Columbia. We are the privileged interlocutor of the Ministry of Health with regard to the health of Francophones. We are spreading across the province to promote health in French through the organization of many original activities and programs to engage Francophones.
We are looking for a Project Manager (multi-projects) to join our team.

Come join our team to help set up various exciting projects including:
Main project:
The "Let's talk about mental health!" "Aims to equip young people aged 13 to 25 with an immigrant background, who attend French-language schools and educational institutions in British Columbia and Alberta, so that they are able to maintain positive mental health.
Secondary project (among others):
Creation and improvement of an integrated portal "My remote health" dealing with telehealth services available to the community and professionals.
Under the authority of general management, the project manager is responsible for:
- Manage the project by following the work plan already established (all stages of the project have been approved and a work plan detailing the various objectives, activities and outputs to be achieved will be shared);
- Work in constant contact with the research and development team related to the project and facilitate the evaluation processes to measure the results and impact of the project;
- Assist in the recruitment and recommend the hiring of staff assigned to the project (coordinator / coordinator, experts, consultants, ...);
- Supervise and work closely with the program coordinator;
- Organize and facilitate networking;
- Facilitate working meetings to deploy the project to beneficiaries;
- Report to the general management and the RésoSanté team on the progress of the "mental health, let's talk about it" project every week via a progress table of objectives;
- Write the end of project report for our financial backer;
- Take responsibility for accountability;
- Reflect and develop the project (work plan, budget, performance measurement plan) for future phases over three years (phase 2).
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Have a great deal of autonomy in his work, as well as a strong sense of the organization of events and the administration of projects with control of budgets;
- Have experience in the field of mental health, popularization of concepts related to health and a great ability to facilitate groups of various ages;
- Preference will be given to a resourceful candidate who has professional experience in community development, health promotion and more specifically mental health, as well as in the design and implementation of similar programs;
- Have good team spirit, interpersonal skills, diplomacy and the ability to receive direction from various sources and different hierarchical levels;
- Have leadership in developing a project vision related to the school environment and community mental health;
- Have an excellent sense of communications, promotion of events, as well as a good knowledge of social media as a promotional tool;
- Have a good knowledge of the French-language school board of British Columbia and the reality of the Francophonie in minority communities;
- Have a facility to develop positive, constructive and lasting human relations with and between the various partners of the community and the members of the personnel of the selected schools;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the "Mental health, let's talk about it!" »In the selected provinces;
- Have flexibility in their schedule and in the performance of work, as well as the ability to multitask; Have a good knowledge of computer tools Excel, Word, Power Point and know how to adapt to project management tools.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- University degree or equivalent in project management;
- 3 years of professional experience, ideally in health / mental health;
- Experience in managing multicultural teams;
- Good knowledge of Francophone communities in British Columbia;
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to express oneself in public;
- Ability to build relationships of trust with various partners and mobilize them around a central objective while promoting owing to the particular skills of each;
- Demonstrated creativity, initiative and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to write and prepare reports;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently, with a sense of organization and thoroughness;
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Immediate availability;
- Authorized to work in Canada;
- Possession of a valid British Columbia driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally throughout the province of British Columbia as well as Alberta;
- Deep commitment to the development of the region's Francophone community;
- Demonstrated interest in the mental health and well-being of the community and young people;
- Maintain the confidentiality of personal information provided by customers.

- Working time: 5 days / week (35 hours)
- Salary: $ 50,000 - $ 54,000 / year (depending on experience)
